FAQ
1) How long will it take to receive my order?
Please take note that we provide Free Standard Shipping. Some items are made-to-order so the processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Then deliveries take 4-7 (for major and nearby cities). But on very rare instances, due to the distance between the cities, slow local postal services, and local shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 10 for very isolated provinces or cities.
2) When will I receive my order?
We cannot provide the exact delivery date of the package as there are many factors that can affect it. It primarily depends on how long the Customs in your country will process the package and how long your local post will deliver it to your doorstep. We can only provide an approximate delivery time as mentioned in #1.

4) Will you deliver to my doorstep or do I have to pick-up the items?
The items will be delivered to your doorstep, except for instances wherein your local post office would require you to pick-up the package instead at the nearest post office. You might also need to pick-up the package if there are multiple failed deliveries or the courier cannot find the address you provided.
5) Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered factories in India So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item). We ship straight from the factory to lower the overhead cost, so we can keep the low prices of the items that we are selling. We do this also so we can offer many different unique designs from different manufacturers.
6) Do you offer express shipping?
We can ship thru DHL or FEDEX by request, but you will have to shoulder the shipping cost. Then if you order multiple items, they will be coming from different locations as well, so it would need separate shipments for each item. But the production/processing of the items is still 1-7 days then the express shipping will take 3-7 days as well.
7) My order has not arrived yet, even after the maximum 8 weeks delivery time. Why?
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delay. If it does not arrive by 2 weeks upon ordering, we can help reship your order using a different courier.
8) I have received a part of my shipment, where are the other items?
We ship from different factories of India using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not.
